We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. The returned items must be received in new, unused condition.

We offer easy returns & exchanges on all orders. To return an item, please contact us and we will provide you the returning address so you may send back to order to us. Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from our website. The item(s) must be unused and in original packaging. To complete an exchange, place a new order for the item you would like.
REFUNDS
Once we receive the return order, it will take up to 6 business days for a refund to appear on your statement. If it takes longer than usual to process your refund, please feel free to contact us at support@surehome.in
INVALID REASONS
